Your visit request

Bangladesh with Sami is a travel and business coordination service offered by Md. Samiul Hasan. The inquiry form collects your name, email, country of residence, travel preferences and the details you choose to share. These details are saved with a request reference so Sami can review and respond to your inquiry.

Submitting a form is not a confirmed reservation. The website saves the request and offers a separate option to open your email app with the brief. You must send that email yourself if you choose to use it. No automatic email receipt is sent.

How your details are used

Your information is used to assess your request, prepare a proposal and discuss your visit. Do not submit passport scans, payment card details, medical records or confidential business documents here. If a supplier needs additional information, the purpose and method of sharing should be agreed before you provide it.

The application has no public list or public retrieval endpoint for inquiries. Authorized site administrators can access stored requests. Website hosting providers process the technical information needed to operate and secure the site. Photographs are loaded from Wikimedia servers, which receive normal image requests from your browser.

No advertising analytics or marketing mailing list is enabled in this version. To request access to, correction of or deletion of your inquiry, email me@samiulhasan.com with your reference. Identity may need to be verified before a change is made. Retention and any required supplier disclosures should be clarified in your written proposal.

Quotes, payment and confirmation

All visits require an individual written quote. Ask for the currency, taxes, inclusions, exclusions, named suppliers, support hours, payment schedule, cancellation and refund terms before accepting. Hotel rooms, transport, appointments and guides are subject to availability and separate confirmation.

This website does not collect payments, issue visas, guarantee meetings, grant filming permission or promise a particular business or wildlife outcome. A confirmed booking requires written agreement on the actual services and applicable terms.

Changes and specialist services

Weather, access rules, transport disruptions or supplier availability may affect a route. Any proposed changes and their costs should be discussed before they are accepted. Interpretation, female guides, specialist fixers and permits are requests until confirmed. Confirm insurance and relevant entry, filming or business requirements with appropriate sources.
