Before you book

A considered arrival

Share your flight details only through your agreed contact once the trip is being arranged. Confirm the pickup point, driver identification, vehicle, luggage capacity and what happens if the flight is delayed. Keep the agreed contact details accessible offline.

For hotels, begin with what matters to you: meeting locations, privacy, room type, accessibility, dietary preferences, reliable connectivity and transport time. Confirm the final property, rate, taxes and cancellation rules in writing.

For business travelers

Send a concise company introduction, objectives, preferred counterparties and availability. A good visit allows time for traffic, meetings that run long and follow-up conversations. Introductions and supplier visits depend on permission and acceptance; no business outcome is guaranteed.

For photographers and videographers

A useful brief describes your story, locations, crew size, equipment, interview needs and intended use. Leave room for light, weather and permissions. Request informed consent for identifiable portraits and interviews, and respect a person’s decision to decline.

Commercial filming, drones, heritage sites, industrial facilities and restricted locations can need separate clearances. Permission coordination is a request, not a promise of access. Confirm the applicable process before importing equipment or committing to a shoot.

Your comfort, your preferences

Solo travelers and women visiting for work or leisure can request private transfers, a preferred hotel area, a female guide or companion and an agreed check-in routine. Availability and arrangements must be confirmed for the specific visit.
